By using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products or gift cards, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Our policies are designed to create a positive, professional experience for everyone while respecting the time, resources, and care that go into every appointment.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Every appointment at Gidget's Beauty Box is reserved specifically for you.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notifying us will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule. If rescheduling is necessary, the cancellation policy may apply.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.

By booking an appointment and authorizing a payment method, you agree to applicable cancellation and no-show charges disclosed during booking.

We understand that emergencies happen and reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.

2. Membership Terms & Conditions

Gidget's Beauty Box memberships are designed to encourage consistency, maintain healthy skin, and provide exclusive benefits to our loyal clients.

Monthly Membership Benefits

Depending on the membership selected, benefits may include:

One qualifying facial treatment per monthly billing cycle.
Exclusive member pricing on additional services and enhancements.
Discounts on professional skincare products.
Special offers and member-only promotions.

Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Billing & Minimum Commitment

Membership fees are billed automatically to the authorized payment method.

Memberships require a minimum commitment of [INSERT NUMBER] months, beginning on the enrollment date.

The monthly price, billing date, minimum total financial commitment, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.

Following the minimum commitment, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with the membership agreement.

Unused treatments do not roll over, accumulate, or transfer to future months and expire at the end of the applicable membership cycle.

Missed or unused treatments do not entitle members to a refund or credit, except where required by law.

Membership Cancellation

Members may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation will take effect in accordance with the minimum commitment, applicable billing terms, and any legal rights to early termination.

The cancellation process and applicable deadlines will be disclosed at enrollment. An accessible cancellation mechanism will be provided in accordance with Virginia law.

Membership Changes

Membership benefits, pricing, and availability may change with appropriate advance notice. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect, and existing contractual rights will be honored.

Membership benefits are nontransferable unless otherwise expressly authorized.

3. Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

Gidget's Beauty Box gift cards may be purchased online or in person and redeemed toward eligible services or retail products.

Purchased gift cards retain their monetary value subject to applicable law.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards unless specifically authorized.
Lost or stolen gift cards may be replaced at our discretion when the original purchase and remaining balance can be verified.

Promotional Gift Cards & Bonus Offers

Complimentary promotional certificates, bonus gift cards, and special offers may carry separate redemption periods, expiration dates, and restrictions where permitted by law.

All promotional terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer.

When a promotion includes both a purchased gift card and a complimentary bonus, the purchased value and promotional bonus will be treated separately in accordance with applicable law.

4. Treatment Packages & Series

We may offer specially priced packages, treatment series, seasonal programs, and exclusive promotions.

Packages are intended for the services specified at purchase.
Treatments may need to be performed at recommended intervals.
Packages may not be combined with additional discounts unless expressly stated.
Any expiration date, refund restriction, or transfer limitation will be disclosed before purchase and will be subject to applicable law.
If a package cannot be completed for medical or other legitimate reasons, we will review the circumstances individually and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Promotional pricing and availability may change for future purchases without notice.

Treatments such as DMK Enzyme Therapy, professional chemical peels, and other skin revision services often require a series of appointments to achieve and maintain optimal results.

Individual results vary depending on skin condition, age, lifestyle, health history, product usage, and adherence to recommended treatment plans.

Specific results are not guaranteed.

Some treatments may involve temporary redness, dryness, peeling, sensitivity, or other reactions. Clients will be informed of relevant risks and aftercare requirements.

Our services are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

7. Client Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding medical history, medications, allergies, recent procedures, and skincare products that may affect treatment safety.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when we believe it may be inappropriate or unsafe.

Certain services may require consultation, written consent, or additional screening before treatment.

8. Online Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through our website or affiliated booking and payment platforms are subject to the pricing and terms presented at checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
