Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel please do so with a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time. Unfortunately, failing to do this will result in a $50 cancelation/no show fee. Please know this is not a punishment. We understand emergencies do occur. The fee is to compensate our therapists for their time lost during which they could’ve treated another client. They are paid by service and if you don’t show they aren’t paid. We ask for your consideration regarding this.

How do I book an appointment?

You are welcome to call us at 571.442.6393 or book right here online. Please allow us 24 hours to return your phone call as we do not have a receptionist and our therapists are in service most of the day.

Do I need to do anything before my first facial appointment?

Nope, just bring your cute little face and we’ve got the rest. If you’d like you can bring the current product you are using or just snap a picture of it with the listed ingredients, but no worries if you don’t.

 

Do I need to do anything before my wax appointment?

Leg, arm, and bikini hair will need to be 1/2 an inch long for the wax to grab. Please come clean and ready to go!

 

How do I purchase and pick up product refills?

Just send us an email or text with your product refills and we will let you know when we have it ready for you with a return text or email. You will be invoiced by email through Square and can pay online. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
